Rotor Auto Electrical Pte Ltd provides the following services:

• Auto electrical repair and diagnostics
• Alternator repair and replacement
• Battery services and replacement
• Walnut blasting services
• Car rental services
• Vehicle buy and sell services
• Auto financing and hire purchase assistance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
• We recommend booking in advance to ensure timely service
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary

3.2 Service Authorization

• Written or verbal authorization is required before commencing any work
• Additional work discovered during service requires separate authorization
• Customers will be informed of any additional costs before proceeding

3.3 Vehicle Custody

• We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while in our custody
• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from vehicles
• We are not liable for items left in vehicles
• Vehicle keys must be surrendered during service

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Final invoices may vary from quotes if additional work is required
• All prices include GST where applicable

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and PayNow
• Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received
• Late payment may result in storage charges

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty periods vary by service type:

• General repairs: 30 days or 1,000 km (whichever comes first)
• Parts replacement: As per manufacturer's warranty
• Battery services: As per battery manufacturer's warranty
• Alternator services: 90 days or 5,000 km (whichever comes first)

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
• Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules

6. Car Rental Terms

6.1 Rental Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
• Security deposit may be required
• Rental agreement must be signed before vehicle release

6.2 Rental Responsibilities

• Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during rental period
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level
• Traffic violations and fines are the renter's responsibility
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes
• Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotor Auto Electrical Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of use of vehicle during repair period
• Pre-existing conditions not detected during inspection
• Damage caused by defective parts supplied by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about vehicle issues and service history
• Disclose any known defects or problems with the vehicle
• Maintain insurance coverage on their vehicles
• Follow recommended maintenance schedules
• Notify us immediately of any issues with completed work
• Collect vehicles promptly upon notification of completion

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rotor Auto Electrical Pte Ltd and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Unclaimed Vehicles

Vehicles left uncollected for more than 30 days after service completion may be subject to:

• Daily storage charges
• Disposal or sale to recover outstanding costs
• Reporting to relevant authorities

We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before taking such action.

13. Insurance and Indemnity

Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage on their vehicles. You agree to indemnify and hold Rotor Auto Electrical Pte Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our negligence.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
